Liability Reduction Option (LRO)

Liability Reduction Option (LRO) also known as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

The renter will be liable for all vehicle damages, including theft, regardless of guilt. This LRO, however, does not cover carelessness, tyre punctures and burst tyres, fuel mistakes, lack of electricity due to negligent or forgotten switched-off electrical equipment, or loss or damage to vehicle accessories. In the case of an accident or theft, WAHDAH shall be entitled to charge the renter an excess fee in accordance with the following table ("Excess Fee") IF the renter has consented to accept the LRO and file a police report within 24 hours of the accident or theft.

For further information, please see the terms & conditions. It is an option that may be incorporated into rental costs. If the RENTER causes damage or theft to WAHDAH's vehicle, the renter is obligated to pay the reduced excess clause (see below):

Upon the renter's acceptance and subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Rental Agreement, the renter's liability is limited to the Excess Fee. Please noted that LRO is optional protection service and it is not mandatory for you to purchase them.
